- Will it hold loads on its own?
- Only if you arm that, after a shadow period, with a named person signing for it. The default is that a case reaches a person and nothing else happens.
- What does the carrier see?
- Nothing. No reason, no score, and no notice reaches a counterparty from this platform.

A case reaches whoever covers the lane, with the reasons under it. Nothing moves without somebody deciding.
