Per camera where cameras are the unit. Flat where they are not.
Schools and businesses pay per analysed camera. Homes pay a flat rate, because counting cameras is a poor way to price something for a household. Appliances are rented monthly, and professional monitoring is optional on any plan.

What is not billed
Cameras that cannot do the job. During setup every camera is rated for whether it can resolve a firearm at its working distance. The ones that cannot are excluded from analysis and left off the invoice, and your per-camera count follows that number rather than how many cameras you own.
Incidents. There is no per-alert charge, so nothing about the pricing discourages you from tuning the system to alert when it should.
Mid-month camera changes. Adding a camera updates your count without generating a separate part-month invoice; it appears on the next regular one.
