Banks and credit unions

An identity assembled from parts reuses the parts.

Synthetic identity is built to pass the checks it knows about. What it cannot avoid is reuse across applications, which is the thing an origination flow is not shaped to see.

Systems

What is usually already there

An origination system, a core, a device signal from your own stack, and document uploads at onboarding.

The platform reads what those systems post and nothing else. An entity is billed once it has actually been scored, and one nobody monitors is not.

Reuse across your own book

A device under four applicants, a document under a second name, an account that has taken a disbursement.

Rules an examiner can read

Published in words, with the band reproducible by hand from the stored rows.

No model risk added to yours

There is no opaque score to document or defend, because there is no opaque score.

The decision stays yours

A pause asks your system to hold an application. Approving, declining and notifying are yours.

Commitments

What a parent meeting asks

These are product commitments rather than settings. No administrator can switch one of them off.

Not a consumer report
Used for fraud prevention, and never a factor in eligibility, terms or pricing. It is not a credit bureau and does not act as one.
No decline action exists
There is no decline, deny or block in the product, and no setting that adds one. A case is a prompt for a person.
No biometrics
No face, no voice, no typing pattern. A device identifier is one your own stack computed.

The data processing agreement carries the schools addendum.

Response

Where an alert goes

A case reaches the fraud queue with its reasons. Any adverse action, and the notice it requires, is the bank's.

The ladder is yours to configure. You decide whether an outside agency is reached, and a review nobody actions escalates on its own timer.
